FAQs
Can I leave the parasol open all the time?
No, it is recommended to close the parasol when not in use or when wind speeds exceed moderate levels to prevent damage.
Does this product come with a base?
The parasol typically includes the frame and canopy, but you will need to provide a compatible weighted base to ensure stability.
How do I clean the canopy?
Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt and a damp cloth with mild soapy water for spot cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals.
Is the aluminum frame rust-proof?
Aluminum is naturally resistant to rust, making it an excellent choice for outdoor environments; however, cleaning it periodically will keep it looking new.
Can this be used on a deck?
Yes, as long as it is secured with an appropriate stand or mounted to the deck according to safety guidelines.
Is it difficult to assemble?
The assembly is simple and requires minimal tools, making it accessible for most users to complete in a short amount of time.
Troubleshooting
The parasol canopy rotates unexpectedly.
Check the rotation locking mechanism or tension knob at the base of the canopy to ensure it is fully tightened.
The umbrella feels wobbly.
Verify that your base weight is heavy enough for the size of the umbrella and that the pole is fully inserted into the base sleeve.
Water is soaking through the canopy.
The fabric is water-resistant, not waterproof; apply a silicone-based waterproofing treatment to improve performance in wet conditions.
Pros and Cons

- Full 360-degree rotation for versatile shading
- Rust-resistant aluminum frame

- Straightforward assembly process
Cons
- Not intended for heavy storm conditions
- Requires additional weight for base stability

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Assembly is designed to be user-friendly, requiring only basic alignment of the pole sections and canopy attachment. Ensure the pole is securely tightened into a heavy parasol base before use. For long-term care, wipe the canopy down with a damp cloth to remove dust or debris. If you live in an area with frequent heavy rainfall, it is highly recommended to apply a professional-grade waterproofing spray to the fabric to maintain its water-repellent properties. Always collapse and secure the parasol when not in use or during windy weather to prevent structural damage.
