Troubleshooting

Bag has a slight odor upon arrival.

Air out the bag in a well-ventilated area for 24-48 hours. You can also wipe the interior with a mild, diluted vinegar solution and allow it to dry completely.

Zippers are difficult to close.

Ensure the bag is not overstuffed. Gently pull the fabric around the zipper teeth to ensure a smooth glide. If still stiff, a small amount of wax (like a candle) can be rubbed on the zipper teeth.

Exterior or interior shows minor scuffs.

Use a damp cloth to gently wipe the affected area. For tougher marks, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by a clean damp cloth.
