The Vibram® outsole provides exceptional durability and reliable traction on a variety of surfaces, enhancing stability and longevity.

The shoe should feel snug but not tight, with no excessive heel slippage. Leather will stretch slightly to conform to your foot shape.

While the leather is durable, it is not waterproof. It is best to avoid wearing these mules in heavy rain or very wet conditions to prevent damage to the leather.

Condition the leather every 3-6 months, or as needed, especially if the leather appears dry or after exposure to water. Regular cleaning also helps maintain the leather's condition.

A mule shoe is characterized by its backless design, making it easy to slip on and off, while still covering the toe and foot.

The Vibram® outsole offers good traction, but the mule design lacks the support and protection of a dedicated hiking boot. They are best suited for light walking and casual environments.

Many people wear mules without socks for a casual feel. If you prefer socks, opt for thin, no-show socks to maintain the aesthetic.

Ensure you have selected the correct UK size. Leather will mold to your foot over time, but a significant fit issue may indicate an incorrect size. Consider trying a different size if available.

Clean the leather with a damp cloth and apply a quality leather conditioner. For scuffs, a leather repair product or appropriate polish may help.

Check that the shoes fit snugly at the heel. Ensure the Vibram® outsole is clean and free from debris. If the issue persists, the mule design inherently offers less heel security than a lace-up shoe.

Avoid wearing in heavy rain or wet conditions. If they get wet, allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat. Condition the leather after drying to restore suppleness.
