The Under Armour Unstoppable Cargo Pant in Brown is designed for active adults seeking durable, comfortable, and functional outerwear. Its key benefit is its technical woven fabric that offers water resistance, stretch, and durability, making it ideal for various activities. A potential caveat is the specialized nature of the fabric, which might require specific care to maintain its properties.

These pants are designed with a lightweight, technical fabric that offers breathability and water resistance. For extreme cold, they may be best used as an outer layer over warmer base layers.
Refer to the Under Armour sizing chart for accurate measurements. Pay attention to waist and inseam measurements for the best fit.
No, fabric softener is not recommended as it can clog the fabric's pores and reduce its breathability and water-repellent capabilities.
It means the water-repellent finish applied to the fabric does not use perfluorinated chemicals (PFCs), which are often referred to as 'forever chemicals' and can have environmental concerns. This treatment provides water resistance in a more environmentally conscious way.
The pants feature open hand pockets, a secure zip right-side UA Strength Pocket, and two secure zip cargo pockets.
The UA Strength Pocket is a secure zip pocket designed to safely store items like your phone or keys.
Wash the pants according to care instructions, avoiding fabric softener. Consider a specific sports wash product designed to restore DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finishes. Avoid high heat drying, which can sometimes degrade the coating over time.
Ensure you are not using fabric softener. Tumble dry on a low setting as recommended. Gentle agitation during washing and drying can help restore flexibility.
Check for any fabric caught in the zipper teeth. You can use a graphite pencil or a small amount of wax to lubricate the zipper track for smoother operation.
Setup: These pants require no setup; they are ready to wear out of the package. Ensure you select the correct size for optimal fit and comfort.
Compatibility: Designed for active adults and suitable for a wide range of activities including hiking, training, and casual wear. They pair well with athletic footwear and base layers.
Care Instructions: To maintain the performance of the UA Storm technology and fabric integrity:
