FAQs
What age group are these trainers for?
These Nike Vomero 5 Trainers are designed for infants and young children, available in various kids' UK foot sizes.
How do I clean the leather parts of the trainers?
Clean the leather with a soft, damp cloth. For tougher marks, a very mild soap solution can be used sparingly, followed by wiping with a clean damp cloth. Always air dry.
Are these trainers suitable for sports?
While the trainers offer good traction and support for everyday activities, they are primarily designed for casual wear and light play, not for specialized athletic performance.
What does 'Vomero 5' signify?
'Vomero' is a line of Nike running shoes known for cushioning, and '5' indicates this specific iteration or version of the design.
Can the elasticated laces be adjusted?
The elasticated laces are designed for ease of use and do not feature traditional adjustability. They provide a snug fit due to their elastic nature.
How do I know if I have the right size?
It is recommended to measure your child's foot from heel to the longest toe and compare this measurement to the Nike size guide for the correct UK child foot size.
Are there other color options available?
This guide focuses on the Beige colorway. Availability of other colors may vary.
Troubleshooting
Trainer appears too small or too large.
Refer to the Nike sizing chart and measure your child's foot carefully. Ensure the correct UK child foot size is selected before purchase.
Difficulty sliding foot into the trainer.
Gently pull the heel tab and open the lacing area as wide as possible. Ensure the child's foot is straight when inserting.
Material discoloration or damage from cleaning.
Only use a damp cloth and mild soap if absolutely necessary. Avoid machine washing or using harsh chemicals. Always air dry away from direct heat.
Reduced visibility of reflective details.
Reflective elements are designed to catch light. Clean them gently with a damp cloth. Over time, heavy wear and tear may affect their reflectivity.
