FAQs

How do I determine the correct size?

Measure the length of your foot from heel to the tip of your longest toe in centimeters. Compare this measurement to the size chart provided. If your foot length falls between two sizes, it's recommended to size up.

Is the split-toe design suitable for everyone?

The split-toe design is unique and may require an adjustment period. It's designed to allow for natural toe splay and movement. If you experience discomfort after a break-in period, it may not be the right fit for you.

Can I wear these for running?

These trainers are best suited for casual wear, walking, and light athletic activities. They are not specifically designed for high-impact running and may lack the necessary support and cushioning for such activities.

How should I clean my Air Rift trainers?

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Avoid machine washing or submerging the shoes in water to preserve the materials and structure.

Are these shoes waterproof?

No, the mesh upper is designed for breathability and is not waterproof. They are best suited for dry conditions.

What is the main color of this shoe?

The main color of this specific model is White, with accents of Pure Platinum (a light silver-grey).

Troubleshooting

Shoes feel tight or uncomfortable due to split-toe design

Allow a break-in period of a few wears for your feet to adjust to the split-toe. Ensure you have selected the correct size based on your foot measurement.

Mesh upper appears discolored

This may be due to monitor differences. If the product is new and discoloration is significant, check with the retailer regarding product condition.

Traction seems poor

Ensure the rubber outsole is clean and free of debris. For persistent issues on slippery surfaces, consider the limitations of the shoe's traction.
