FAQs

How do I clean the curtains?

The curtains must be dry cleaned only. Do not attempt to wash them at home.

What is the material of the curtains?

The outer material is 100% cotton, and the lining is 50% cotton and 50% polyester.

What is the purpose of the pencil pleat header?

The pencil pleat header provides a neat and uniform finish, giving the curtains an elegant look.

Are these curtains suitable for bedrooms?

Yes, the blackout lining makes them ideal for bedrooms as they effectively block out light, creating a more restful environment.

What sizes are available?

The curtains are available in six different sizes to fit various window dimensions.

How do I measure for the correct size curtains?

Measure the width and drop of your window, then select the curtain size that best fits those dimensions. Remember to account for the pleats when measuring.

Troubleshooting

Curtains do not hang properly.

Ensure the curtain rod is correctly installed and that the pencil pleats are evenly distributed. Adjust the pleats as needed to achieve a neat drape.

Blackout lining is not effective.

Check for gaps around the edges of the curtains and the window frame. Ensure the curtains fully cover the window and consider using a wider curtain rod.
