Troubleshooting

Tablet does not power on

Ensure the tablet is charged for at least 30 minutes. Press and hold the power button for 10-15 seconds. If it still does not power on, try connecting it to a known working charger and power outlet.

Wi-Fi connection is slow or unstable

Restart your tablet and your Wi-Fi router. Ensure you are within range of your router. Update your router's firmware if available. Check if other devices are experiencing similar issues. Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network to isolate the problem.

Keyboard or stylus not responding

For the keyboard, ensure it is securely attached via the pogo pins and try reattaching it. For the stylus, check its battery level or charge it, and ensure it is paired via Bluetooth. Restart the tablet and try reconnecting the accessories.

Apps crashing or freezing

Close the app and relaunch it. Restart the tablet. Ensure the app and the tablet's operating system are updated to the latest versions. Clear the app's cache and data through the device settings.

Touchscreen is unresponsive

Clean the screen gently with a microfiber cloth. Restart the tablet. If the issue persists, check for software updates and consider a factory reset as a last resort (back up your data first).
