Yes, they are designed with cushioning that supports children's feet throughout a typical school day.
It is not recommended. Hand cleaning with a damp cloth is the safest way to preserve the materials and the shape of the shoe.
Nike Air Force trainers generally fit true to size, but it is always best to check the manufacturer's size guide before purchasing.
While they offer a sturdy base, they are primarily low-cut trainers designed for general movement rather than high-performance ankle support.
Wipe them down after every use and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent yellowing.
Use a specialized sneaker eraser or a mixture of baking soda and water on a cloth to gently buff out marks.
Double-knot the laces or consider replacing them with elastic 'no-tie' laces for younger children who struggle with tying.
These trainers are ready to wear straight out of the box. To ensure a perfect fit, always measure the child's feet in the afternoon when they are at their largest. Regarding care, because of the white finish, it is recommended to wipe them down with a damp cloth after outdoor use. For tougher stains, use a mild soap solution and a soft-bristled brush. Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can compromise the adhesive bonding and the shape of the foam padding.
