FAQs
Can this backpack fit a large laptop?
Yes, it is designed with a padded main compartment that comfortably fits most laptops up to 15.6 inches.
Is the backpack waterproof?
While the materials are durable and water-resistant, it is not fully submersible; we recommend using a rain cover in heavy downpours.
Does it have a specific spot for my water bottle?
Yes, it features a side mesh pocket specifically designed to hold a water bottle or a tube of balls.
How do I keep the shoe compartment fresh?
Always remove your shoes after use and allow the compartment to air out by leaving the zipper open.
Can I fit more than one racket?
The racket compartment is optimized for one racket; fitting two may put excess pressure on the padding and zippers.
Troubleshooting
Zipper gets stuck
Check for fabric obstructions or small debris inside the zipper track and clean with a soft brush.
Shoulder strap feels loose
Adjust the buckle tension while the bag is off your back to ensure the webbing is fully engaged in the locking mechanism.
Footwear compartment retains odor
Ensure the bag is left unzipped in a dry, ventilated area for several hours after use to allow the airflow system to work.
