We strongly recommend using a 5 kg gas tank for the fire pit system.
While the aluminum is powder-coated, we recommend using a furniture cover to protect both the fire pit and the cushions from harsh weather.
No, the dining table top is made of solid aluminum.
No, the set requires assembly upon arrival and is delivered to the kerbside.
Check the hose and joints regularly for cracks or leaks before each use to ensure safe operation.
Due to variations in lighting and monitor displays, we are unable to accept returns based on color saturation differences.
Ensure the igniter is not covered by lava rocks and verify that the 5 kg gas tank has sufficient pressure.
Immediately shut off the gas supply, tighten all connection points securely, and re-test with soapy water; if leaks persist, discontinue use and contact support.
Verify that the furniture is placed on a level surface and check that all bolts are tightened securely to the frame.
Setup requires assembly of the sofa components and the table base. Because the set is delivered to the kerbside, plan for assistance to move the boxes to your desired location. For the gas fire pit, use a 5 kg gas tank exclusively to ensure proper pressure and fit. Always inspect the hose and all connection joints for leaks before the first use and periodically thereafter using a soap-water test. To maintain the appearance of the powder-coated aluminum, clean regularly with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid using abrasive sponges that may scratch the finish. During off-seasons or heavy rain, we recommend using a protective furniture cover to prolong the life of the fabric cushions.
