Troubleshooting

Fire pit not igniting

Ensure the gas tank is connected correctly and has sufficient gas. Check that the igniter is not covered by lava and that the gas flow is unobstructed. Verify that the gas bottle is properly secured.

Gas leakage detected

Immediately turn off the gas supply. Do not use the fire pit. Inspect all joints and the hose for damage or loose connections. If leakage persists, contact customer support or a qualified professional.

Cushions are damp or stained

If cushions are damp, air them out thoroughly in a dry, well-ventilated area. For stains, spot clean with a mild detergent and water, then rinse and dry completely before re-covering or storing.

Frame shows signs of rust

While the powder coating is designed to prevent rust, minor spots can occur with prolonged exposure or damage. Clean the area and consider applying a rust-inhibiting paint suitable for outdoor metal furniture.

Set feels unstable after assembly

Re-check all assembly points and ensure all bolts and screws are tightened securely. Make sure the furniture is placed on a level surface.
