Full details

This grey, weather-resistant polyresin water feature is designed for garden enthusiasts seeking a modern, self-contained water accent. Its key benefit is the **solar-powered operation** with integrated LED lights, offering both ambiance and eco-friendly functionality without complex wiring. A potential caveat is its compact size, which may be less impactful in very large garden spaces. The feature pumps water from the top sphere, creating a glistening ripple effect down the sides, and includes a pump and a 3m cable for solar panel placement.

FAQs

How long does the LED light run time last?

The LED lights will run for several hours after dark, dependent on the amount of sunlight the solar panel received during the day for charging.

Do I need to connect it to mains electricity?

No, this is a solar-powered water feature. It does not require any mains electricity connection.

What type of water should I use?

It is recommended to use clean tap water. Avoid using stagnant or heavily treated water, as this can lead to pump issues or algae growth.

Can this water feature be used indoors?

This feature is designed for outdoor use and relies on direct sunlight for its solar panel. Indoor use is not recommended as it will not function correctly.

How often should I refill the water?

Water levels should be checked regularly, especially in hot or windy conditions, as evaporation can occur. Top up as needed to keep the pump submerged.

What is the length of the cable between the solar panel and the water feature?

The cable supplied with the solar panel is 3 meters long, providing flexibility in placing the panel in a sunny spot away from the feature.

Is assembly difficult?

No, the feature is designed for easy assembly and includes a pump. Setup typically involves placing the unit, connecting the pump, filling with water, and positioning the solar panel.

Troubleshooting

Water feature not pumping water.

Ensure the solar panel is in direct sunlight. Check that the pump is fully submerged in water. Verify the pump connection is secure. Clean the pump intake for any blockages.

LED lights are not turning on.

Confirm the solar panel has received sufficient sunlight to charge. Ensure the lights are switched on (if there is a separate switch). Check for any debris blocking the LED lights.

Weak water flow.

Check the water level; it may be too low. Clean the pump intake and any tubing for obstructions. Ensure the solar panel is clean and receiving maximum direct sunlight.

Water feature making unusual noise.

Ensure the pump is properly seated and submerged. Check for any foreign objects near the pump impeller. Verify the water level is adequate.
