FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for sports?
These trainers are designed for general wear and light athletic activities. For specialized sports requiring specific support, dedicated sports shoes are recommended.
How do I ensure the correct size?
Refer to the sizing chart provided by adidas and measure your child's foot. It's often recommended to have a small amount of growing room.
Can these shoes be machine washed?
No, machine washing is not recommended. Hand wash with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry.
What is CLOUDFOAM technology?
CLOUDFOAM is an adidas cushioning technology designed to provide soft, responsive comfort and support for everyday wear.
Is the outsole suitable for all surfaces?
The non-marking rubber outsole provides good traction on most indoor and outdoor surfaces but is not intended for extreme conditions or highly slippery surfaces.
What is the main benefit of the closure system?
The elastic laces and hook-and-loop closure make the shoes easy for children to put on and take off themselves, while also allowing for a secure, adjustable fit.
Troubleshooting
Difficulty with closure
Ensure the hook-and-loop straps are clean and free of debris to ensure a secure fasten. Adjust the elasticity of the laces if needed.
Discomfort or rubbing
Verify the correct size is being worn. Socks can help prevent rubbing. If discomfort persists, check for any internal seams or tags that might be causing irritation.
Outsole losing grip
Clean the outsole with a damp cloth to remove any dirt or debris that might be affecting traction. The non-marking rubber is designed for durability, but deep wear will eventually reduce grip.
