Bulls Eye 1-2-3 is a high-performance universal water-based primer-sealer/stain killer/bond coat that combines fast-dry convenience with outstanding adhesion and stain killing power. It is rust inhibitive and ideal for new metal, resisting flash rusting and providing rust resistance for the life of the coating. It dries to a smooth, tight, water-resistant film perfect for painting interior or exterior metal surfaces like railings, steel doors, metal panels, duct work, and galvanised gutters. The primer offers a quick 30-minute drying time and can be recoated in 1 hour. It adheres to all surfaces without sanding, seals stains, graffiti, and tannin bleed, and has a mould and mildew resistant film. It can be tinted towards mid-tone colours to potentially reduce the number of topcoats needed. Application information: Coverage is 10m² per Litre. Touch dry in 35 minutes, hard dry in 7 days. Thinning can be done with 10% clean water, but may affect stain blocking properties. Available in 500ml, 1 Litre, 2.5 Litre, and 5 Litre sizes.
