Setup, Compatibility & Care
To keep your jacket functioning at its peak, ensure you follow the care label instructions. Generally, you should wash the jacket using a technical garment cleaner rather than standard laundry detergent to protect the DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish. After washing, low-heat tumble drying can often help reactivate the waterproof coating. The adjustable cuffs and shock-cord hem should be cinched during severe storms to minimize draft entry. For layering, the jacket is designed as a primary outer shell, comfortably accommodating a base layer or a thin fleece underneath without restricting movement.
