Product Information

Full details

This guide is for owners of adult cats suffering from urinary tract issues, specifically struvite stones and oxalate crystals. The key benefit is its specialized formulation designed to help prevent new stone formation and dissolve existing struvite stones, promoting urinary health. A key caveat is that it is not suitable for pregnant/lactating cats, kittens, or those with renal illness, and veterinary consultation is essential before use. This dietetic wet food comes in an appealing mousse texture with moderate calories to support healthy weight management, featuring a low magnesium content crucial for urinary stone management.

Troubleshooting

Cat refusing to eat the food

Ensure the food is served at room temperature. Try warming it slightly. Gradually transition to the new food over a longer period. Consult your veterinarian if refusal persists, as it may indicate an underlying issue or a need for a different therapeutic diet.

No improvement in urinary symptoms

Regular veterinary check-ups are crucial. Your vet may need to re-evaluate the cat's condition, check urine parameters, or adjust the diet or treatment plan. Ensure the cat is consistently eating the prescribed food.

Digestive upset (vomiting, diarrhea)
