FAQs

What type of workouts are these shorts best for?

These shorts are ideal for gym training, cardio, HIIT, running, and general active wear due to their lightweight, flexible, and sweat-wicking properties.

How do I choose the right size?

Refer to the brand's sizing chart for accurate measurements. The fit should be snug but comfortable, with the inner short providing support.

Can I wear the inner and outer shorts separately?

While designed as a 2-in-1 unit, the inner short is integrated. The outer layer is meant to be worn with the inner support.

How durable is the fabric?

The shorts are made from a lightweight performance fabric designed for training comfort and coverage. Following the care instructions will help maintain durability.

Are the pockets secure enough for a phone?

The pockets are described as discreet dual storage in the inner short, typically suited for smaller items like keys or cards rather than larger smartphones.

What material are the shorts made from?

The shorts are made from a lightweight performance fabric, primarily Polyester, designed to move with you while maintaining comfort and coverage.

Troubleshooting

Inner short rides up during activity

Ensure the shorts are the correct size. If the issue persists, consider if the compressive fit of the inner short is sufficient for your activity level and body type.

Fabric feels clingy after sweating

This may be due to high humidity or exertion. The advanced sweat-wicking should manage moisture, but prolonged intense activity can test any fabric. Ensure proper washing with like colors and avoid fabric softeners which can impede wicking capabilities.

Pockets feel too small for items

The pockets are designed for small essentials like keys or cards. For larger items, separate storage would be necessary.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Offers excellent freedom of movement due to the floaty outer layer and side splits.
The 2-in-1 design provides both comfort and supportive coverage.

Discreet storage pockets are practical for carrying small items.

Cons

The floaty outer layer might be less preferred by athletes seeking a very form-fitting aesthetic.
