Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your trainers last as long as possible, remove them by unlacing properly rather than using your opposite foot to push them off. For cleaning, wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid fully submerging them in water or using a washing machine, as this can degrade the supportive structural elements. Store your shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the materials. If the trainers become wet from sweat, stuff them with paper towels to absorb moisture and allow them to air dry at room temperature.
