Always wash these tights using a gentle cycle in a protective mesh laundry bag or, ideally, hand wash them in cool water with mild detergent to prevent fiber damage. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, as these can weaken the reinforced fibers. Air dry flat away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, to preserve the elasticity of the waistband and the integrity of the material.
