FAQs
Are these shoes waterproof?
The leather upper provides some resistance to light moisture, but they are not classified as fully waterproof boots.
Can I use these for running?
These are lifestyle trainers designed for urban commuting and casual wear, not for long-distance running.
How do I maintain the leather material?
Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt and a dedicated leather conditioner periodically to keep the material supple.
Are they suitable for summer?
Due to the Climawarm insulation, they may be too warm for temperatures exceeding 20 degrees Celsius.
What is the best way to clean the outsoles?
Use a mixture of mild soap and water with a medium-bristle brush to scrub the rubber outsoles, then wipe clean.
Troubleshooting
Leather looks dull after exposure to salt or slush
Gently clean the surface with a leather cleaner and apply a leather conditioner to restore moisture and shine.
Shoes feel too tight with thick winter socks
Consider wearing a medium-weight performance sock instead of heavy wool to maintain internal airflow and comfort.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your adidas Climawarm trainers last, follow these guidelines:
- Breaking In: Wear the shoes indoors for short periods initially to allow the leather to conform to your foot shape.
- Cleaning: Wipe the leather upper with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid submerging in water, as this can degrade the insulation properties.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat sources, which can cause the leather to crack over time.
- Compatibility: These shoes pair well with casual trousers, denim, or joggers, making them a staple for smart-casual urban wardrobes.
