Troubleshooting
Laces not staying tied
Ensure laces are tied using a secure knot. If laces are worn, consider replacing them with new ones that offer better grip.
Slight stiffness on first wear
Wear the shoes around the house for short periods to break them in. The materials will naturally soften with use.
Color transfer from red accents
This is rare but can occur if the shoes are exposed to excessive moisture. Ensure they are completely dry and avoid prolonged contact with light-colored fabrics when wet.

- Cleaning: Gently clean the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, especially on the 'Cacao Wow Red' accents.
