FAQs
What is the maximum size of a parcel the box can accept?
The parcel box can accommodate parcels up to 38cm in length, 32cm in width, and 21cm in height.
How many parcels can fit inside the box?
The high-capacity design can hold approximately 4-5 large packages at a time, depending on their exact dimensions.
Is the parcel box waterproof?
The box is made from powder-coated galvanized steel with a weather-resistant finish, designed to protect against rain, moisture, and UV rays for reliable outdoor use.
Do I need tools to assemble the parcel box?
No, the parcel box comes flat-packed and includes all necessary fixings and clear instructions for a quick, tool-free assembly.
How do I secure the parcel box?
For optimal security and stability, it is recommended to fix the unit to the ground using the strong fixings provided with the parcel box.
What happens if a delivery person can't get the parcel in?
Delivery personnel should push the parcel through the opening; it will then slide into the lower secure compartment. If a parcel is too large or awkwardly shaped, it may need to be left as a missed delivery.
Can the box be used in very windy conditions?
While durable, it is strongly recommended to secure the parcel box to the ground to prevent it from being tipped over, especially in windy conditions.
Troubleshooting
Parcel not dropping into the lower compartment.
Check if the parcel is too large for the designated slot or if the internal flap is obstructed. Ensure the parcel is pushed in fully.
Difficulty opening or closing the lid.
Ensure the area around the lid is clear of debris. Check if the lock mechanism is aligned correctly. If the lock is stiff, apply a small amount of lubricant.
Unit feels unstable or wobbly.
Ensure the parcel box is on a level surface. Secure the unit to the ground using the provided fixings as instructed during setup.
Lock is jammed or key won't turn.
Check for any obstructions in the keyhole. Try jiggling the key gently. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
