Troubleshooting
Bed frame is unstable or wobbles
Ensure all legs are securely tightened and that the bed is on a level surface. Check that all assembly bolts are fully tightened.
Wooden slats appear to be sagging
Verify that the slats are correctly seated in their designated slots or supports. Ensure the mattress is the correct size and weight for the frame; an incorrect or overloaded mattress can cause premature sagging.
Fabric appears creased or marked
Gently vacuum the fabric with an upholstery attachment. For persistent creases, a handheld steamer held at a distance can sometimes help, but test in an inconspicuous area first.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The Allegra Upholstered Bed requires assembly. It is recommended to have two people for assembly due to the size and weight of the components. Ensure all parts are present before beginning. Follow the provided assembly instructions carefully.
Compatibility: This bed frame is designed to work with standard UK mattress sizes. Ensure you select the correct size frame for your mattress. The bed frame itself is compatible with most standard mattress types, including memory foam, sprung, and hybrid mattresses, provided they are within the specified size.
Care: To maintain the appearance of the suede velvet fabric, regularly vacuum with a soft brush attachment to remove dust and debris. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the fabric. As the product is handmade, allow for minor variations in dimensions.
