Troubleshooting
The basket does not stand upright on its own.
This is normal upon arrival. Fill the basket with bulky items such as blankets or pillows for 24 hours to help the material settle and retain its cylindrical shape.
Deep creases from shipping are still visible.
Use a handheld steamer or an iron on a low heat setting to carefully press out the wrinkles in the fabric.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Upon arrival, your basket may appear flattened due to the shipping process. To restore its shape, follow these steps:
- Open the basket fully and shake it into a circular form.
- Fill the basket completely with soft items like towels, blankets, or comforters to help it hold its shape for a few hours.
- If visible creases remain, use a steam iron on a low setting to gently smooth the fabric.
For ongoing care, spot clean with a damp cloth as needed. Keep the basket in a dry area to prevent moisture buildup in the woven fibers.
