FAQs

What is the rain suit made of?

The rain suit is made from 100% polyester with a waterproof PVC coating.

Is the rain suit machine washable?

No, the rain suit should be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

Are there reflective elements on the rain suit?

Yes, there are reflective prints on the cuffs and hood for increased visibility.

Does the rain suit have pockets?

Yes, it has 2 front patch pockets for small essentials.

How do I determine the correct size?

Refer to the size chart and measure your child to find the best fit. Consider the age group given, which in this case is toddlers.

Can I put the rain suit in the dryer?

No, do not tumble dry the rain suit. Allow it to air dry.

Troubleshooting

Rain suit seems too large or small.

Check the size guide and ensure the correct size was purchased. Consider the layers your child will wear underneath. If the suit is too large, it may not provide optimal protection. If it's too small, it may restrict movement.

Water is seeping through the suit.

Ensure the suit is properly closed (zipper and any snaps). Check for any tears or damage to the fabric, especially at seams. If the suit is very old, the waterproof coating may have degraded.
