The Regatta PeppaWelly wellies are constructed from durable, vulcanised natural rubber, which provides complete waterproof protection.

While waterproof, these wellies do not provide significant thermal insulation. For very cold weather, we recommend pairing them with thick, thermal socks to keep your child's feet warm and comfortable.

The Peppa Pig design is integrated into the rubber. You can easily clean it by wiping with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, just like the rest of the wellie, then rinse and air dry.

The gaiter is an integrated feature designed to prevent splashes from entering the top of the boot. It is not intended to be removed or significantly adjusted beyond pulling it up to fit snugly around the calf.

EVA (Ethylene-vinyl acetate) is a soft, flexible, and lightweight material used in the footbed to provide cushioning and comfort for your child's feet during wear.

These wellies are a UK Infant Size 13. We recommend measuring your child's foot length and comparing it to the Regatta size chart for the most accurate fit. Remember to account for the thickness of socks your child typically wears.

Vulcanised natural rubber refers to a process where rubber is heated with sulfur, making it more durable, elastic, and resistant to water, ensuring the wellies are robust and truly waterproof.

First, check if the integrated gaiter was properly pulled up to prevent splashes from entering. Inspect the wellies thoroughly for any visible cracks, punctures, or manufacturing defects that could compromise waterproofing. Ensure socks are not wicking moisture from the outside. If a defect is found, contact customer support.

While the multi-directional cleated sole offers good grip, no footwear is slip-proof on all surfaces. Ensure the sole is clean of excessive mud or debris. Exercise extra caution on extremely icy, oily, or polished surfaces. Confirm the wellies are the correct size; ill-fitting footwear can affect stability.

Ensure your child is wearing appropriate socks, not too thick or bunched up. If new, the natural rubber may be a bit stiff and will soften with use. For removal, gently pull from the heel while the child steps out, or consider using a welly puller for assistance.

This can occur if the wellies are stored improperly, especially in direct sunlight or near heat sources, which dries out natural rubber. Ensure wellies are cleaned and stored in a cool, dry place, away from heat and sunlight. Regular cleaning and proper drying can help prevent this.
