Troubleshooting

Color appears uneven.

Ensure even distribution of the conditioner. Consider using a wide-tooth comb to help distribute the product evenly through your hair. Adjust processing time.

Color is not as vibrant as expected.

Hair porosity and the current color can affect the final result. For more intense color, consider using a slightly longer processing time. Using the appropriate shampoo for color-treated hair can also help.

Hair feels dry after use.

Ensure you are using a moisturizing shampoo before applying the conditioner. Reduce processing time or use a leave-in conditioner after rinsing if needed.
