Troubleshooting
The handle height keeps sliding down during use.
Ensure the height-adjustment locks are firmly clicked into the desired position slots on both sides of the handle.
The pram is difficult to fold.
Check that the safety locking mechanism is fully released and verify that no items are obstructing the folding joints.
The wheels feel stiff or wobbly.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Upon arrival, the pram requires minimal assembly to attach the wheels and handle components. To ensure longevity, keep the pram in a dry area when not in use to prevent moisture buildup. The fabric components can typically be wiped clean with a damp cloth if they become soiled. Before folding the pram for transport, ensure the shopping basket is emptied of heavy items to protect the hinge mechanism. The pram is compatible with any standard doll or plush toy measuring 46 cm or less in height.
