Troubleshooting

Device is unresponsive or won't power on.

First, ensure the device is sufficiently charged by connecting it to a charger for at least 15-20 minutes. If it remains unresponsive, perform a force restart by simultaneously holding down the Volume Down button and the Power/Side button for 7-10 seconds until the Samsung logo appears.

Battery drains faster than expected.

Check battery usage statistics in `Settings > Battery and device care > Battery` to identify which applications are consuming the most power. Close unnecessary background apps, reduce screen brightness, disable the Always-On Display, and limit location services or background data for non-essential applications. Consider activating Power Saving mode when not needing full performance.

Galaxy AI features are not functioning correctly.

Verify that your device has a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or 5G) as many AI features require cloud processing. Ensure AI features are enabled in `Settings > Advanced features > AI features`. If problems persist, clear the cache for the relevant AI application (e.g., Samsung Keyboard for translation) or restart your device.

Poor camera performance in low-light conditions.

While Nightography Video is significantly improved, ensure you are holding the phone as steadily as possible during capture to minimize blur. Clean the camera lenses gently with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove any smudges or dust that might affect image clarity.
