The Puma Electrify Nitro 4 Trainers are designed for adult female runners looking for a reliable, neutral platform for regular road training. Featuring advanced cushioning and a durable build, these trainers provide a consistent, supportive feel for daily mileage; however, they are specifically optimized for road surfaces and may not offer the necessary traction for technical trail running.

The Electrify Nitro 4 is built on a neutral platform and does not feature specific structural support for overpronation.
While designed primarily for road running, the stable neutral platform makes them suitable for general gym activities and light weightlifting.
You should have about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe to account for foot swelling during runs.
Yes, the internal liners can be removed to accommodate custom orthotics if required.
Generally, running shoes like this should be replaced every 300 to 500 miles, depending on your running style and surface conditions.
Adjust the lace tension starting from the bottom eyelets to achieve a more secure lockdown of the midfoot.
Ensure you are using the shoes primarily on flat road surfaces and avoiding abrasive gravel or trail terrain.
To ensure the best experience, verify your UK shoe size before first use, as the fit is tailored to adult female proportions. For care, keep the trainers away from excessive heat or direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the cushioning foam. If the shoes become wet, allow them to air dry at room temperature; do not use a machine dryer. To clean, remove surface dirt with a soft brush and use a damp cloth with mild soap for the synthetic uppers. Ensure the laces are tightened appropriately before each run to avoid friction or slippage.
