Yes, but it is recommended to use a mesh laundry bag on a gentle cycle to protect the hooks and underwires.
Simply pull the two shoulder straps together at the back and slide the J-hook clip through the loops provided on the straps.
Yes, it is designed specifically for high-impact activities like running, thanks to its superior bounce control and support.
No, the four-part cup construction is specifically engineered to provide individual bust separation.
It is often best to get measured professionally, as sports bras require a more secure fit than everyday bras to minimize bounce.
Utilize the integrated J-hook to convert the bra into a racerback style for a more secure fit.
Check that the bra size is correct; if the wire is resting on breast tissue rather than the ribcage, you may need a larger cup size.
Ensure the bra is fastened on the loosest row when new, allowing room to tighten it as the elastic naturally relaxes over time.
To ensure the longevity of your bra, always fasten the hooks before placing the garment in a mesh laundry bag. Use a gentle cycle with cold water and avoid using bleach or heavy fabric softeners, as these can break down the elastic properties of the moisture-wicking fabric. Always air dry the bra by laying it flat or hanging it by the center gore to maintain the shape of the underwires. For the best fit, ensure the underwire sits flat against your ribcage without sitting on top of breast tissue.
