The Galaxy 7 is best suited for daily training, moderate distances, and building endurance rather than long-distance marathon racing.
While stable enough for light cross-training, they are specifically engineered as running trainers.
Generally, running shoes should be replaced every 300-500 miles, depending on the intensity of your use and wear patterns.
No, these trainers are made with breathable materials and are not designed to be waterproof.
They provide standard neutral support suitable for most runners with a neutral foot strike.
Adjust the lacing pattern to a 'parallel' or 'gap' lacing style to relieve pressure points.
Utilize the 'runner's loop' or heel lock lacing technique through the top eyelet to secure the heel.
To ensure the longevity of your adidas Galaxy 7 trainers, utilize the lace closure to find your personal tension preference before your first run. The shoes feature a standard sizing scale; ensure you wear performance running socks to maintain proper fit. To clean, remove excess dirt with a soft brush, and wipe the upper and outsole with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can compromise the structural integrity of the midsole foam.
