Troubleshooting
Slides feel too loose
Ensure you have selected the correct size. If they continue to feel loose, consider using them with socks for a snugger fit or exploring options with adjustable straps if available in other models.
Footbed feels stiff initially
The Contoured PU footbed is designed to mold to your foot over time. Wear them for short periods initially, and the footbed will become more comfortable and customized to your foot shape with use.
Slipping on wet surfaces
While designed for general use, the outsole may offer limited traction on very wet or smooth surfaces. Exercise caution when walking on wet floors or surfaces.
