Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best experience, wear your standard athletic shoe size and use technical running socks to prevent friction. When fitting, ensure your heel is seated firmly in the back of the cup to take full advantage of the internal support structure. To care for your trainers, avoid machine washing; instead, remove excess mud with a soft brush after your run and clean the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow the shoes to air dry naturally in a cool, ventilated area—avoid direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp the foam and damage the synthetic materials.
