Full details
The PUMA Flexfocus Lite Trainers are designed for active adults seeking a reliable, lightweight option for daily walking and light running. Featuring PUMA’s signature SOFTFOAM+ cushioning, these trainers provide excellent underfoot comfort, making them ideal for neutral pronators; however, the lightweight synthetic construction means they are best suited for paved road surfaces rather than rugged trail terrain.

FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for professional long-distance running?
These are primarily designed for casual walking, light running, and gym use. They are not designed for professional-grade long-distance marathons.
Can I use these for trail running?
No, the outsole is designed for road and gym surfaces and lacks the deep lug depth required for loose dirt or rocky trails.
Do these come in different sizes?
Yes, the Flexfocus Lite series is available in a variety of sizes; please check your specific regional sizing guide to ensure a correct fit.
How should I clean the breathable upper?
Use a gentle soap solution and a soft-bristled brush to spot-clean, then dab with a damp cloth. Do not soak the shoes.
Is the insole removable?
Yes, the insole is typically removable, which allows for easier cleaning or the insertion of custom orthotics if needed.
Are these trainers true to size?
They generally follow standard PUMA sizing, but because foot shapes vary, it is recommended to wear your typical athletic shoe size.
Troubleshooting
Laces feel too tight across the bridge of the foot
Try re-lacing the trainers using a parallel lacing technique to reduce pressure on the high points of your foot.
Outer sole losing grip on slick surfaces
Wipe the outsole with a damp cloth to remove accumulated dust or debris that may be obstructing the rubber grip.
Insole feels less cushioned over time
Ensure the insole is seated correctly in the shoe; if necessary, remove it and re-insert to eliminate bunched material.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your PUMA Flexfocus Lite Trainers remain in top condition, follow these simple guidelines:
Setup:
- When putting on the shoes, loosen the laces sufficiently before entry to protect the heel counter.
- Adjust the laces to a snug but comfortable tension, ensuring the tongue sits flat against the top of the foot.
Compatibility:
- These trainers are unisex in design and suited for adults with neutral pronation foot mechanics.
Care:
- Remove surface dirt with a soft brush or a damp cloth.
- Avoid putting the trainers in a washing machine or dryer, as the heat can compromise the adhesive and cushioning foams.
- Allow them to air dry at room temperature, away from direct sunlight or artificial heat sources.
