Troubleshooting
Cushion straps do not stay fastened.
Ensure the straps are securely threaded through the chair's structure or around the legs. If the straps are too loose, consider alternative securing methods or a different cushion placement.
Cushion appears flattened after use.
Gently fluff the cushion by hand. If the filling has compressed significantly, allow it to air out in a dry place, which can help restore its loft. Proper hand-quilting helps maintain shape.
Color fading on the cushion.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can cause fading. Store the cushion indoors when not in use. If washing, follow the 40°C temperature guideline.
Cushion not drying properly after washing.
Ensure the cushion is placed in a well-ventilated area for air drying. Do not tumble dry. It may take longer to dry thoroughly, especially in humid conditions.
