FAQs
Are these sandals true to size?
The Brynn Sandal generally fits true to standard adult sizing. The adjustable straps offer flexibility if you find yourself between sizes.
Can I get these wet?
It is best to avoid getting the leather wet. If they do get damp, wipe them dry immediately and let them air dry.
How do I clean the white leather version?
Use a specialized leather cleaner for white leather. Avoid harsh household detergents which can yellow or damage the material.
Is there arch support in the footbed?
The footbed is designed with padding to provide comfort and some structural support suitable for casual, daily activity.
What is the primary material used for the outsole?
The outsole is made from lightweight EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate), which provides shock absorption and durability.
Troubleshooting
Velcro closure loses its grip
Check for lint or debris caught in the hooks of the Velcro. Use a small brush or tweezers to clean the material to restore sticking power.
Footbed feels slippery
Clean the footbed with a lightly dampened cloth and mild soap, then air dry completely. Ensure feet are dry before wear.
Scuffs on the leather surface
Use a leather conditioner or cream matching the leather type to buff out minor surface abrasions.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your COACH Brynn Sandals remain in top condition, follow these guidelines:
- Initial Fit: Loosen both Velcro straps entirely before sliding your foot in. Adjust the bottom strap first for stability, then secure the top strap for comfort.
- Leather Care: Use a clean, soft cloth to remove surface dirt. If the leather encounters moisture, let it air dry away from direct heat sources to prevent cracking.
- Hardware Maintenance: Wipe the Signature hardware with a dry, lint-free cloth to maintain its polished finish.
- Avoid Submersion: While durable, these are not water shoes; avoid wearing them in deep water or salt water to protect the leather and adhesive components.
