Troubleshooting

iPad mini will not turn on or is unresponsive.

Ensure the device has sufficient charge by connecting it to a power adapter for at least 30 minutes. If it remains unresponsive, force restart it by quickly pressing and releasing the Volume Up button, then quickly pressing and releasing the Volume Down button, and finally, pressing and holding the Top button until the Apple logo appears.

Wi-Fi connection is unstable or slow.

Check your router and modem to ensure they are working correctly. On your iPad mini, go to `Settings > Wi-Fi`, toggle Wi-Fi off and on, or 'Forget This Network' and reconnect. Restarting your Wi-Fi router can also resolve many connectivity issues. Ensure your iPad mini is within range of your Wi-Fi 6E compatible router.

Apps are crashing or performing slowly.

First, close the problematic app by swiping up from the bottom of the screen to reveal the App Switcher, then swipe the app's preview up to close it. Reopen the app. Ensure the app and iPadOS are updated to their latest versions. If issues persist, free up storage space (check `Settings > General > iPad Storage`) or restart your iPad mini.
