Troubleshooting
Rug appears faded
Ensure the rug has UV protection, which helps prevent fading. If fading is excessive, consider moving it to a location with less direct sunlight.
Mold or mildew formation
This can occur with prolonged exposure to standing water. Clean the affected area with a mild detergent and water solution, rinse thoroughly, and ensure the rug dries completely in a well-ventilated area. Avoid leaving the rug in pooled water.
Rug is not laying flat
Allow the rug to settle for a few days after unrolling. You can place heavy objects on the corners to help flatten it. Ensure the surface underneath is even.
Stubborn dirt or stains
Use a soft brush with a mild soap and water solution. For deep cleaning, the rug can be jet-washed. Ensure it is rinsed thoroughly and allowed to dry completely.
