Adidas Ultraboost 20 Trainers - Black/White - Size 3.5 UK

These trainers are specifically designed for road running, offering excellent cushioning and support for that activity. While they can be used for general sports and play due to their comfort and durability, they may not provide the specialized support needed for sports with lateral movements like basketball or tennis.

Clean your trainers using a soft brush to remove loose dirt. Use a damp cloth with a mild soap and cold water solution for stains. Avoid machine washing or using harsh chemicals, and always air dry them away from direct heat.

Boost technology provides exceptional energy return, meaning it absorbs the impact of each step and returns that energy to propel you forward. This results in a more responsive and comfortable running experience.

The Primeknit upper is designed to be a flexible and breathable sock-like material. While durable for its intended use in running, it requires care to avoid snags or tears, especially during rigorous play.

Generally, sticking to your usual size is recommended. However, due to the adaptive nature of the Primeknit upper, some users prefer to size up or down slightly. It is best to consult the Adidas size chart and consider trying them on if possible.

The Continental rubber outsole offers good grip in various conditions, including wet surfaces. However, the Primeknit upper is not waterproof, so the shoes may get wet in heavy rain.

Adjust the lacing system. Ensure the Primeknit upper is smoothed out. If the fit is still not right, consider trying a different size.

While the Continental rubber offers good grip, always exercise caution on very wet surfaces. Ensure the outsole is clean of debris.

Verify you have the correct size. Ensure the laces are tied properly to support your foot. Break them in with shorter runs before attempting long distances.
