Yes, the fliptop lid is designed to be leakproof, preventing spills when locked down.

The mug is constructed from stainless steel with double-wall vacuum insulation.

Yes, all components of the mug are BPA-free.

This mug is primarily designed for hot and cold non-carbonated beverages. Using it for carbonated drinks may cause pressure buildup.

Ensure the lid is securely locked after filling. Pre-heat the mug with hot water before adding a hot beverage, or pre-chill with cold water for cold beverages to maximize temperature retention. Check if the double-wall vacuum insulation is compromised (e.g., if the mug feels unusually hot or cold to the touch on the exterior).

Ensure there are no obstructions around the fliptop mechanism. Rinse the lid under warm water and try again. If the issue persists, check for any debris trapped in the sealing area. The mechanism might require a firm, deliberate push to engage the lock.

Verify that the lid is properly seated and fully locked. Check the silicone seals within the lid for any damage or debris. Ensure the drinking spout area is clean and free from obstructions.

Thoroughly clean the mug and lid, paying attention to all crevices. Using a bottle brush with mild detergent can help remove any lingering residue. Ensure the mug is completely dry after washing.
