While the GEL-Kayano 14 features ASICS' GEL cushioning, this specific collaborative version is primarily designed for lifestyle and fashion wear. For dedicated running, ASICS offers specialized performance running shoes.

The insoles can be removed. Hand wash them with cool water and a mild detergent, then allow them to air dry completely before placing them back into the shoes.
