To ensure the best fit, ensure you select your correct UK adult size, as the woven upper provides a snug, performance-oriented feel. It is recommended to use these shoes primarily for road running or light trail paths to maintain the longevity of the outsole rubber. When caring for your trainers, avoid machine washing or drying, as this can degrade the foam and adhesive. Instead, clean the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap, then allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators. If the insoles become damp after a run, remove them to allow for better airflow and drying.
