The Trespass Recon X Wellington Boots are designed for adults who require reliable, hard-wearing footwear for various outdoor activities in wet conditions. They offer essential waterproof protection and a customizable fit, though users should be aware that the rubber construction may feel heavier than lighter alternative materials during long-distance walks.

While they offer great protection, they are primarily designed for general outdoor use, farming, or walking in wet terrain rather than long-distance hiking.
Simply rinse the exterior with water and a soft brush to remove dried mud and dirt.
Yes, the boots include an adjustable side buckle specifically for securing the fit around your lower leg.
The Recon X is constructed from high-quality, durable waterproof rubber.
While listed for men, the sizing is standard. Always check the UK adult size conversion to ensure a proper fit.
No, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and heat can cause the rubber material to degrade and crack.
Wellington soles are designed for outdoor traction; avoid wearing them on wet tile or hardwood floors to prevent slipping.
Moisture can build up if worn all day; wear moisture-wicking synthetic or wool socks and remove the boots once you are indoors.
To ensure your Recon X boots last, always shake off excess mud after each use. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources like radiators, as extreme heat can crack the rubber over time. If they become muddy on the inside, rinse with cool water and allow them to air dry naturally by stuffing them with newspaper to absorb moisture. Use the buckle to adjust the fit according to your leg thickness and the thickness of the socks you are wearing for the day. While the boots are sized for standard adult feet, wearing thicker wool socks may require consideration for your regular sizing.
