Simply lay the dripline close to the roots of the planted rows, and let the MicroDrip system do the hard work for you. With drip heads installed every 30cm, the water is able to penetrate the soil right down to the roots, where plants need it most. The dripline can be installed both above and below ground thanks to the self regulating and cleaning technology. Thanks to patented 'Quick and Easy' connection technology, it's never been easier to keep your plant and hedge rows healthy, while saving water. Adaptable and Adjustable: The GARDENA Micro-Drip System features quick and easy connection technology for simple set up of hedge and bush rows that can be readjusted at any time up 25m. Healthier Plants: The targeted Micro-Drip irrigation method helps to promote plant health as water penetrates the soil right to the roots, where plants need it most. Root Protection: Thanks to its root protection you can flexibly use the 13mm (1/2") DripLine above or below for invisible ground irrigation. The GARDENA drip irrigation set hedges/bushes (25 m) is Ideal suitable for reliable irrigation of hedges, bushes, shrubs or garden plants. All components required for water-saving drip irrigation are included in the ready-2-use set, which are installed in only a few steps thanks to Easy-to-Set. The water hose is connected to the base unit 1000 included, which in turn is connected to the 25 m long drip tube. Through the pipe clamps the drip pipe is fixed securely during an overhead laying. But it can also be laid underground, so that it is completely invisible. The drip pipe is characterized by its labyrinth technology and root lock, which means that it does not clog. Every 30 cm a pressure-compensating drip is integrated in the drip tube. The drippers give off 1.6 liters of water per hour, even when there are differences in height. In combination with the separately available 13 mm connectors with patented Quick & Easy connection technology, a flexible redesign of the Micro-Drip-System is possible at any time. The reusability of the MDS components makes the system sustainable. For individual expansion, the system can be supplemented with other components, for example, with above and underground drip pipes or an irrigation control for even more convenient and time-saving automatic irrigation.
