No. The high heat of a dryer will cause the wool fibers to shrink and felt, ruining the garment.
It is best suited for autumn, winter, and spring due to its wool construction, which provides moderate insulation.
Always fold the sweater and store it in a cool, dry drawer. Avoid using hangers to prevent shoulder deformation.
The knit is crafted for a soft, premium feel, but personal sensitivity to wool can vary. Many find it comfortable for all-day wear.
This piece is expertly crafted in Portugal.
Spot clean gently with cool water and wool-appropriate detergent. Avoid scrubbing, as this can damage the knit structure.
Steam the knit lightly from a distance. Do not place an iron directly on the wool fabric.
Use a specialized fabric shaver or a sweater comb to gently remove pills without pulling the fibers.
Re-shape the item while damp after hand washing and lay it flat on a flat surface to dry completely.
To ensure your knit polo remains in excellent condition, prioritize proper care protocols. Because this garment is crafted from fine wool, it is not suitable for standard machine washing. Hand wash the item in cool water using a mild wool detergent, taking care not to wring or twist the fabric, which can cause stretching. After washing, lay the polo flat on a clean towel to air dry, avoiding direct sunlight or heat sources that could shrink the material. For storage, always fold the garment rather than hanging it, as hanging can cause the shoulders to stretch and lose their form over time.
