Product Care
- Screen Cleaning: Gently wipe the screen with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. For stubborn smudges, slightly dampen the cloth with water (or a specialized screen cleaner, if recommended by TCL) and wipe gently. *Never* spray liquid directly onto the screen.
- General Cleaning: Dust the TV's frame and vents regularly with a soft, dry cloth to prevent dust buildup, which can affect performance.
- Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation around the TV by keeping adequate space between the TV and walls or other objects. Do not block ventilation openings.
- Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or strong artificial light can affect screen longevity and picture quality.
- Power Management: Unplug the TV from the power outlet during lightning storms or when it will be unused for extended periods.
