This 7-inch double mattress is designed for individuals seeking dependable everyday support and long-lasting comfort. Its key benefit lies in the robust open coil spring system combined with multiple comfort layers, offering a balanced and stable sleeping surface. A potential caveat is its 7-inch depth, which may be shallower than some users prefer. Key features include a 13.5 gauge open coil spring unit, a 5mm memory foam layer for light cushioning, substantial comfort pads, hypo-allergenic properties, and a vacuum-packed delivery for convenience.

Gently wipe the surface with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or saturating the mattress with water. Ensure it is completely dry before use.
Ensure the mattress has had at least 48 hours to expand in a well-ventilated room. Check that it is placed on a flat surface and that no heavy objects are placed on it during the expansion period.
Rotate the mattress head-to-foot and allow additional time for expansion. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
This is common with vacuum-packed mattresses and is generally harmless. Allow the mattress to air out in a well-ventilated room for a few days.
The mattress is designed to be supportive. Try sleeping on it for a few weeks to allow your body to adjust. Rotating the mattress may also help settle the comfort layers.
Setup: Upon receiving your mattress, carefully unwrap it in the room where it will be used. Allow 24 to 48 hours for the mattress to fully expand to its intended size and for the comfort layers to regain their optimal loft and performance. Ensure it is placed on a flat, supportive surface.
Compatibility: This 7-inch depth mattress is compatible with most standard double bed frames, including divan bases, slatted frames, and platform beds. Ensure your bed frame is in good condition and provides adequate support.
Care: To maintain your mattress, it is recommended to rotate it head-to-foot every 3-6 months. Avoid folding or bending the mattress excessively. Clean the surface with a slightly damp cloth if needed, and allow it to air dry completely. Do not use harsh cleaning chemicals. For spills, blot immediately with a clean cloth.
