Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup & Transition: This is a veterinary diet. It is crucial to consult with your veterinarian before switching your dog to ROYAL CANIN Glycobalance. They will advise on the appropriate amount to feed based on your dog's individual needs, weight, and activity level, and will guide you on the transition process. Gradually introduce the new food over 7-10 days, mixing increasing amounts of Glycobalance with decreasing amounts of your dog's current food to prevent digestive upset.
Compatibility: This diet is specifically formulated for adult dogs with Diabetes Mellitus. It is not intended for dogs without this condition or for other specific health issues unless recommended by a veterinarian. Ensure your dog has access to fresh, clean water at all times.
Care: Store the kibble in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Ensure the bag is sealed tightly after each use to maintain freshness and prevent oxidation. Do not store food that has been left out by your dog for extended periods. Monitor your dog's weight and body condition regularly and adjust feeding amounts as advised by your veterinarian.
